When will my order be shipped?

All in-stock orders (both standard and express) are processed within 1-2 business days. Note: if you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

How much will postage be?

All items will be posted via Australia Post.

A fixed shipping rate of $9.95 per order will be charged within Australia, regardless the number of items you purchase. Once you have selected the shipping destination, the shipping cost will be shown. 

If you are in a hurry for your items, please select Express Post for $14.95 at checkout.  That Country Shop will endeavour to post your items asap but cannot guarantee delivery timeframes.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

If you see something you simply love but reside outside of Australia, please email [email protected] and our friendly team will be happy to quote for shipping to your address.

What is your return policy?

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something doesn't fit, we’re here to help! 

All purchases may be returned within 30 days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with.

Please see below for exceptions & rules:

• Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will not be accepted for return.
• Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
• If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
• For health reasons, the following items will not be accepted for return -
  • Underwear, swimwear, earrings and all other items under “Accessories”

How do I initiate a return?

• We ask that if you wish to return an item purchased that you return the item using the same packaging that it was delivered with. All returns are subject to evaluation by That Country Shop staff.
• In person - please present to That Country Shop with proof of purchase
• When mailing a return:
  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our shop.  Buyers are strongly encouraged to send items via registered post if they would like to track the contents.
  • Please provide either the original receipt (or photocopy) and include a piece of paper with your name and contact details.

What return options do I have?

Return for an exchange:

• We cannot guarantee exchanges or holds due to fluctuating inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).  Alternatively contact [email protected] to discuss options.

Return for a refund:

• In person, or
• By post - Must be received at That Country Shop within 30 days of the original order date.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
